Continuing to provide fundamental resources to ensure decent, safe, affordable housing for our residents, we pledge to work beyond this scope to accomplish a greater degree of living quality.  In conjunction with this goal, we shall strive to improve the quality of assisted living, expand upon housing choice, promote self-sufficiency and further fair housing opportunity.  We shall meet the needs of eligible applicants with support that promotes economic and social independence for our program beneficiaries. 

In enhancing the quality of life for our residents, we hope to enhance the quality of the community.  By addressing local housing needs, striving to expand the supply of housing stock and encouraging self-sufficiency, we shall create opportunity for better housing choice.  As housing choice expands and the development of the skill sets of our assisted families increases, we shall progress toward ensuring more effective fair housing opportunity.
